Summer Specials

Upgrade to Insulated Packaging

When you add an ice pack to your order, we’ll automatically upgrade your shipment to include premium insulated packaging made from Green Cell Foam—a sustainable, compostable material that provides excellent thermal protection.

Ice Packs on Us

Ordering a full case of 12 or more bottles?

During the summer, full-case orders receive a 100% discount on ice packs and are upgraded to premium insulated packaging.

To receive the discount, add ice packs to your cart. The cost will be removed at checkout.

Temperature-Control Shipping

Temperature-controlled shipping is available all summer for just $10 more per box.

Members: your $20 flat-rate shipping becomes $30 total for temperature-controlled shipping, no matter how many boxes are included.

Why Temperature-Controlled Takes Longer

The longer timeline is intentional and safer. Here’s how it works:

Place your order

You can place your order any day of the week.

Orders received by Tuesday at 12:00 PM PT are prepared for the next available temperature-controlled truck.

Your wine leaves Oregon

Orders ship from Oregon to our temperature-controlled facility in Napa.

This first step happens on a scheduled weekly route, rather than through standard daily ground shipping.

Your wine is held safely in Napa

Once your wine arrives in Napa, it is stored in a temperature-controlled facility until the next scheduled departure.

This helps keep your wine protected instead of sitting in a hot warehouse or truck.

Your wine travels to a regional hub

From Napa, your order moves through a temperature-controlled route to the regional hub closest to your delivery state.

Our current regional hubs are:
Texas, Georgia, Missouri, and New York

View the route here.

Ice packs are added, if selected

If you add ice packs to your order, they are added at the final regional hub before the last leg of delivery.

This gives your wine extra protection once it leaves the temperature-controlled network.

Final delivery to your address

After leaving the regional hub, your wine is delivered by standard ground shipping.

This final leg usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location. Ice packs will likely arrive thawed, but rest assured they have done their job keeping your shipment cool during the last leg until the first delivery attempt.

Important Notice

Wine shipments require a 21+ adult signature at delivery. If there is any chance you will not be home to sign for your package, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address, FedEx location, or UPS Store.

This is especially important during summer shipping. Once your wine leaves the temperature-controlled network, the final delivery is completed by standard ground shipping. If the first delivery attempt is missed, your package may be returned to a hot truck or warehouse before another delivery attempt is made and your ice packs become less and less effective.

That extra time in the heat can increase the risk of damage, even if the wine was protected for the majority of its journey.
