Featuring two bottles of our 2019 Brut Rosé, made entirely from Pommard Clone Pinot Noir grown in Block H of our Dundee Hills estate, it reflects the elegance and precision of the méthode traditionnelle—the method perfected centuries ago in Champagne, France.
Harvested early to preserve bright acidity, the fruit was pressed gently to capture its pale pink hue and lifted aromatics. A slow secondary fermentation in bottle created fine, persistent bubbles that convey the wine’s natural energy. After resting en tirage for three and a half years, the 2019 Brut Rosé emerged with graceful texture, complexity, and poise.
Presented in an elegant wine gift box, the Sparkling Collection includes:
