Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle—the method perfected centuries ago in Champagne—the wine develops complexity through time and careful handling.
Harvested early to preserve bright acidity, the fruit was pressed gently to capture its pale pink hue and lifted aromatics. A slow secondary fermentation in bottle created fine, persistent bubbles that carry the wine’s natural energy. After resting en tirage for three and a half years, the 2019 Brut Rosé emerges with texture, clarity, and poise.
