Description
vintage notes
The 2022 growing season began with ample rainfall and warm spring conditions, encouraging early bud break across the Willamette Valley. A rare April frost slowed vine development and shifted the growing season later, followed by a warm summer supported by steady soil moisture. As harvest approached, dry and temperate conditions allowed for extended hang time, producing fruit with vibrant aromatics and balanced ripeness.
This Rosé of Pinot Noir was crafted from Dundee Hills fruit selected to highlight freshness and lift, with an emphasis on preserving delicate aromatics and bright acidity.
tasting notes
The 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir opens with aromas of white peach, pear, and mandarin, alongside hints of honeysuckle and fresh herbs. The palate is bright and refreshing, with pomelo and crisp apple balanced by a touch of strawberry, finishing clean, lifted, and expressive.
