The Academy Terms & Conditions

I hereby certify that I am 21 years of age and that the person to whom I am directing this shipment is at least 21 years of age.  I authorize Domaine Lumineux to charge my credit card for each shipment, plus taxes and shipping fees, up to a week before the shipment is sent. Membership is continuous until cancelled. 

I understand I must accept the first 3 shipments before cancellation.  I understand that cancellations and any changes to my membership must be by phone or in writing to academy@domainelumineux.com, at least 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled club shipment.

I understand shipments are 3 times per year – approximately $165 per shipment for Student level, $240 per shipment for Academic level, and $480 per shipment for Laureate level (excluding any additions to the order, tax and shipping costs).

I understand that all shipping charges are non-refundable, including charges resulting from returned packages, or rerouted packages.  I understand by becoming a member, I am opting into marketing emails from Domaine Lumineux.

Benefits, privileges, terms and conditions of membership are subject to change and may be denied, modified or terminated at any time, at the sole discretion of Domaine Lumineux.
